The core objective behind bringing this massive shift in the organization structure is to align energies towards project success with unwavering focus.

It is now time to unlock the untapped growth potential of each segment with a razor-sharp focus on the 3 Ps- projects, products and profitability. To achieve full throttle growth in different segments, we have now decided to organize ourselves into four different strategic business units.
The SBUs will remain a fully-functional unit of Amnex but will have their individual vision and direction. They will operate independently focusing on the targeted domain. It is considered to be the best approach for organizations having multiple product structures. Earlier, several companies have adopted the same strategy to achieve double-quick growth.

The SBU set-up will also provide Nexies with an opportunity to develop specialized skill sets within domains and technologies to boost their individual growth.
