Amnex Solution
Amnex implemented a smart Fuel Management System (FMS) designed to address fuel tracking and distribution challenges. The solution included 8 stationary and 8 mobile FMS units for seamless fuel management, alongside an Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) system for real-time monitoring of fuel levels, temperature, and water contamination. RFID tags on 1,000+ vehicles ensured that fueling was authorized, preventing misuse. The FMS software was integrated with SAP/ERP systems, enabling automatic transaction posting and real-time data sync. A central dashboard provided live analytics and reports on fuel inventory and consumption, while automated alerts flagged unauthorized activities, improving accountability and control.
