Amnex Solution
Amnex implemented a comprehensive Intelligent Transport System (ITS) tailored to address the network’s challenges. The solution featured Smart Fleet Management powered by IoT sensors for live vehicle tracking and energy monitoring, and an AI-enabled Depot Management System (DMS) for predictive maintenance to cut downtime. A mobile app enabled live bus tracking, journey planning, and digital ticketing. Smart card-based fare collection and an Automated Fare Collection System (AFCS) reduced revenue leakage. Safety was prioritized with surveillance, panic buttons, and automated announcements. The addition of electric buses to the fleet also minimized environmental impact.
