Role and Responsibility
- Eliciting, analysing, and specifying business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs, translate them into clear and comprehensive requirements, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives and technological capabilities.
- Accurate elicitation and documentation of business requirements: Utilize various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and observation to gather and document business requirements accurately, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitation of communication between stakeholders and technical teams: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication, managing expectations, and ensuring mutual understanding to drive successful project outcomes.
- Delivery of business process improvements and efficiencies: Identify opportunities for enhancing business processes, leveraging technology solutions to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, and drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.
