Business Analyst (IT Infrastructure Domain)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / BI Analyst with focus on Tableau dashboard development and reporting
  • Strong hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and SQL
  • Experience in data visualization best practices and business reporting frameworks
  • Exposure to IT Infrastructure domain and enterprise reporting environments preferred
  • Tableau Certification (Desktop / Server) preferred
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms is an added advantage

  • Dashboard Development & Reporting:
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support key business decisions.
    • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data visualizations and reports.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs for dashboard reporting.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance business operations.
    • Monitor and track business performance, ensuring timely delivery of data-driven reports to relevant teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
    • Present findings and insights to business stakeholders clearly and effectively, including non-technical audiences.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reporting.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced data analysis methods.
    • Continuously improve Tableau dashboards and reporting processes to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Data Quality & Governance:
    • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data in Tableau reports and dashboards.
    • Apply best practices for data governance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
