Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / BI Analyst with focus on Tableau dashboard development and reporting
- Strong hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and SQL
- Experience in data visualization best practices and business reporting frameworks
- Exposure to IT Infrastructure domain and enterprise reporting environments preferred
- Tableau Certification (Desktop / Server) preferred
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms is an added advantage

Role and Responsibility
- Dashboard Development & Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support key business decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs for dashboard reporting.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance business operations.
- Monitor and track business performance, ensuring timely delivery of data-driven reports to relevant teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
- Present findings and insights to business stakeholders clearly and effectively, including non-technical audiences.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reporting.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced data analysis methods.
- Continuously improve Tableau dashboards and reporting processes to optimize performance and user experience.
- Data Quality & Governance:
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data in Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Apply best practices for data governance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
