Keycloak

Identity and access services connected to your applications

We provide Keycloak consulting, implementation, application integration, migration, and technical support. We help organizations establish self-hosted identity services for user authentication and access workflows across applications.

A practical foundation for your team

Our services cover realm design, single sign-on, identity federation, application clients, authentication flows, and platform operations. We work with your application, infrastructure, and security teams to define the behavior users need and the controls administrators must maintain.

An identity service becomes a dependency for every application that uses it. Login journeys, account recovery, token settings, external directories, and platform availability need coordinated design and testing.

We help your team make those dependencies explicit, with clear configuration, access responsibilities, and recovery procedures for the environment.

What we do

Our Keycloak Services

01 / 10

Identity Architecture and Assessment

Plan Keycloak around the applications, user populations, and identity sources it will support. We review trust boundaries, realm organization, availability requirements, and operational responsibilities before defining a practical architecture and rollout sequence.

  • Identity and application assessment
  • Realm and tenant design
  • Availability architecture
  • Integration roadmap

02 / 10

Deployment and Production Configuration

Prepare Keycloak and its supporting database, network, and proxy configuration. We validate service access, administrative connectivity, and production settings, then document the deployment so that platform teams have a clear basis for ongoing operation.

  • Installation and runtime configuration
  • Database integration
  • Proxy and hostname settings
  • Production readiness checks

03 / 10

Single Sign-On and Application Integration

Integrate applications using the selected OpenID Connect or SAML approach. We configure clients and review redirect behavior, token handling, logout, and session expectations with developers, validating the authentication journey from the application's perspective.

  • OIDC and SAML client setup
  • Redirect and login validation
  • Token and session configuration
  • Logout and error-flow testing

04 / 10

Identity Federation and Brokering

Connect approved identity sources and external identity providers. We review account mapping, synchronization, attribute handling, and the consequences of unavailable dependencies so that users and administrators understand how identities are linked and maintained.

  • LDAP or directory integration
  • External identity provider configuration
  • Attribute and user mapping
  • Federation failure testing

05 / 10

Authentication Flows and Account Security

Configure authentication and account workflows around the organization's requirements. We review multi-factor options, password policies, recovery, and user actions, testing expected and exceptional journeys to identify confusing behavior or inappropriate access conditions.

  • MFA workflow configuration
  • Authentication flow design
  • Password and recovery policies
  • User journey validation

06 / 10

Roles, Groups, and Access Mapping

Help teams organize identity attributes and roles used by their applications. We configure mappings and scopes, document the relationship between claims and application decisions, and test access behavior with representative users and service accounts.

  • Realm and client role design
  • Group and claim mapping
  • Client scope configuration
  • Service account access review

07 / 10

Monitoring, Availability, and Troubleshooting

Prepare the identity platform for daily operations and component failures. We review service health, database dependencies, sessions, logs, and metrics, and test agreed failure scenarios so that operators can investigate issues affecting application logins.

  • Service and login monitoring
  • Database and cluster health review
  • Availability and failure testing
  • Incident runbooks

08 / 10

Migration, Backup, and Upgrades

Manage identity platform changes through tested procedures. We review version and extension compatibility, protect the database and required configuration, and validate application login behavior after migration, restoration, or an upgrade.

  • Version and provider compatibility review
  • Database backup and restore testing
  • Migration and upgrade rehearsal
  • Post-change integration validation

09 / 10

Technical Support

Get help with login failures, invalid redirects, token issues, directory synchronization problems, broken federation flows, and identity service outages. We examine the available evidence, coordinate investigation across the relevant components, and help your team identify corrective actions.

Support arrangements define the covered environment, service hours, communication channels, priorities, and escalation process. This gives your team a clear route for requesting assistance and following an issue through investigation, validation, and closure.

  • Incident investigation and troubleshooting
  • Configuration and integration assistance
  • Root-cause analysis within the agreed scope
  • Resolution guidance and incident documentation

10 / 10

Training and Knowledge Transfer

Build practical understanding of realm administration, client configuration, authentication flows, federation, role mapping, monitoring, and recovery practices. We tailor sessions to the environment and the responsibilities of the people developing, administering, and supporting it.

Workshops can use your configuration, representative examples, and agreed operating scenarios. Documentation and runbook walkthroughs help your team apply the knowledge after the engagement.

  • Role-focused technical workshops
  • Configuration and workflow walkthroughs
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance guidance
  • Documentation and operational handover

A practical approach to Keycloak

We test authentication from the user and application perspectives, including failed logins and unavailable identity sources. Changes are reviewed for their effect on tokens, sessions, account recovery, and the applications that consume identity information.

We agree the work and acceptance checks with your team, validate changes in a suitable environment, and document the outcome. Clear handover makes the configuration, operating procedures, and next actions easier to maintain after delivery.

Supported Versions and Support Hours

Supported versions

Versions below were confirmed against upstream release information on 15 October 2026. We reconfirm them at the start of each engagement.

  • Keycloak 26.8, the current release. Upstream fixes go only into the current release, so we plan upgrades with you.

Support hours

Standard support is delivered in business hours, Monday to Saturday, India Standard Time. Coverage hours, response targets and escalation steps for each severity are defined in the service agreement. Upstream response times are outside our control.
