Container platform engineering and ongoing operational support

We provide Kubernetes consulting, implementation, application onboarding, platform administration, and technical support. We help organizations establish and maintain container orchestration environments with practical deployment, security, monitoring, and recovery procedures.

A practical foundation for your team

Our services cover the open source Kubernetes platform and the integrations selected for the environment. We work with your application and infrastructure teams to clarify ownership of cluster components, workloads, networking, storage, and the operational tasks required after deployment.

A Kubernetes platform brings together many components, each with its own dependencies and maintenance needs. Cluster health alone does not establish that applications are available or that their data can be recovered.

We help your team connect platform operations with application requirements, using tested changes and documented responsibilities to make the environment easier to run.

What we do

Our Kubernetes Services

01 / 10

Platform Assessment and Architecture

Plan Kubernetes around the workloads, infrastructure, and operating model it must support. We review control plane design, node capacity, network and storage requirements, and failure assumptions before recommending an implementation and support approach.

  • Workload and readiness assessment
  • Cluster architecture review
  • Capacity and availability planning
  • Component and responsibility mapping

02 / 10

Cluster Deployment and Production Readiness

Establish the selected Kubernetes deployment and validate its core integrations. We configure the cluster, node access, networking, and storage dependencies, then review the settings and operating procedures needed before production workloads are introduced.

  • Cluster installation and configuration
  • Node and runtime validation
  • Network and storage integration
  • Production readiness assessment

03 / 10

Application Onboarding and Deployment

Help teams translate application requirements into maintainable Kubernetes workloads. We review manifests, configuration, secrets references, health checks, and rollout behavior, testing the application's startup and operation within the selected cluster environment.

  • Workload manifest development
  • Configuration and secret integration
  • Readiness and liveness probes
  • Rollout and application validation

04 / 10

Networking, Ingress, and Service Access

Configure the paths applications use to communicate inside and outside the cluster. We review the selected network and ingress components, service discovery, certificate handling, and network policies, validating intended connections and failure behavior.

  • Service and ingress configuration
  • DNS and certificate integration
  • Network policy review
  • Connectivity troubleshooting

05 / 10

Persistent Storage and Data Protection

Plan storage for workloads that retain data. We review the selected CSI integration, volume lifecycle, application consistency requirements, and backup tools, then test restore procedures that include both Kubernetes objects and the application's persistent information.

  • Storage class and volume setup
  • CSI compatibility review
  • Application-aware backup planning
  • Restore and recovery validation

06 / 10

Security and Access Administration

Configure platform access and workload controls according to team responsibilities. We review RBAC, service accounts, namespace organization, admission controls, and workload security settings, with clear documentation of administrative access and operational exceptions.

  • RBAC and service account design
  • Namespace and policy configuration
  • Pod security controls
  • Administrative access review

07 / 10

Observability, Capacity, and Reliability

Give operators visibility into cluster and application health. We configure monitoring and log integration, review resource requests and limits, and investigate scheduling and stability problems so that capacity decisions reflect the behavior of real workloads.

  • Cluster and workload monitoring
  • Resource and scheduling analysis
  • Capacity and scaling review
  • Failure scenario testing

08 / 10

Upgrades, Recovery, and Lifecycle Maintenance

Prepare cluster changes and recovery through tested procedures. We review API deprecations, component compatibility, control plane state, and workload dependencies, then validate the platform and applications after upgrades, node maintenance, or agreed recovery exercises.

  • Version and API compatibility assessment
  • Control plane backup and recovery
  • Upgrade and node maintenance planning
  • Post-change workload validation

09 / 10

Technical Support

Get help with unscheduled workloads, crash loops, node failures, network and storage errors, resource pressure, and upgrade-related problems. We examine the available evidence, coordinate investigation across the relevant components, and help your team identify corrective actions.

Support arrangements define the covered environment, service hours, communication channels, priorities, and escalation process. This gives your team a clear route for requesting assistance and following an issue through investigation, validation, and closure.

  • Incident investigation and troubleshooting
  • Configuration and integration assistance
  • Root-cause analysis within the agreed scope
  • Resolution guidance and incident documentation

10 / 10

Training and Knowledge Transfer

Build practical understanding of cluster administration, workload deployment, RBAC, networking, storage, observability, maintenance, and recovery procedures. We tailor sessions to the environment and the responsibilities of the people developing, administering, and supporting it.

Workshops can use your configuration, representative examples, and agreed operating scenarios. Documentation and runbook walkthroughs help your team apply the knowledge after the engagement.

  • Role-focused technical workshops
  • Configuration and workflow walkthroughs
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance guidance
  • Documentation and operational handover

A practical approach to Kubernetes

We validate the platform through the applications running on it. Reviews include rollout behavior, resource constraints, network dependencies, and persistent data recovery, with clear ownership across the cluster, add-ons, infrastructure, and application teams.

We agree the work and acceptance checks with your team, validate changes in a suitable environment, and document the outcome. Clear handover makes the configuration, operating procedures, and next actions easier to maintain after delivery.

Supported Versions and Support Hours

Supported versions

Versions below were confirmed against upstream release information on 15 October 2026. We reconfirm them at the start of each engagement.

  • Kubernetes 1.36 and 1.37. Upstream supports the latest three minor versions, each for about one year.

Kubernetes 1.34 reaches end of life on 27 October 2026. We help plan upgrades from it.

Support hours

Standard support is delivered in business hours, Monday to Saturday, India Standard Time. Coverage hours, response targets and escalation steps for each severity are defined in the service agreement. Upstream response times are outside our control.
