A comprehensive IVT and PIS platform was deployed, integrating real-time GPS tracking, speed monitoring, and automated route adherence through an Automated Vehicle Location System (AVLS). At bus stations, Passenger Information Displays provided accurate arrival and departure updates, while a dedicated mobile app allowed commuters to track buses live and plan their journeys with confidence. Behind the scenes, a centralized Command and Control Centre (CCC) enabled continuous fleet monitoring, rapid incident resolution, and automated alerts for deviations, unauthorized halts, and emergencies—ensuring seamless oversight and proactive management.
