Smart Transformation in Dairy Supply Chain

Business Background
One of Gujarat’s largest milk cooperatives plays a key role in milk collection, processing, and distribution. However, without a centralized digital system, it faced challenges like manual fleet management, poor tracking, limited operational visibility, and risks of delays and pilferage. To address these issues, a tech-driven solution was required to streamline logistics, boost security, and ensure supply chain transparency.
Impact Delivered in Numbers
We drove significant improvements with
Amnex Solution
To optimize and secure the dairy supply chain, Amnex implemented a digital solution powered by advanced technologies. This included a Fleet and Milk Tanker Management System, equipping 1,500 vehicles with GPS for real-time tracking and route optimization. Automated weighbridges and gate control systems at multiple locations ensured accurate vehicle tracking. RFID-based management was deployed for 2,200 vehicles, improving access control and tracking accuracy. Security was enhanced with 68 surveillance cameras, 42 RFID readers, and 15 PA systems, enabling 24/7 monitoring. A Command and Control Center (CCC) provided real-time oversight, driving improved efficiency, security, and transparency throughout the supply chain.
