Amnex Solution
An Intelligent Transport Solution was launched to enhance efficiency, safety, and commuter convenience in urban transit.At the core of the initiative was a mobile application designed to provide live bus tracking, journey planning, and enhanced safety features for women commuters. Real-time updates were enabled through an Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS) and Passenger Information System (PIS), covering more than 5,500 buses and 500+ bus stops. To strengthen commuter security, CCTV cameras and panic buttons were installed in over 5,000 buses, all connected to a central Command & Control Centre for rapid incident response. Additionally, an advanced Planning & Scheduling System was deployed to optimize fleet and crew management, ensuring greater efficiency and reliability.
