  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts operations
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and statutory compliance
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting
  • Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking operations, and working capital planning
  • Experience coordinating with internal and statutory auditors
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ERP/accounting software and finance process automation preferred

  • Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
  • Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor cash flow, banking operations, working capital, and fund utilization to support business operations
  • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations
  • Review and supervise the work of Finance & Accounts team members while ensuring adherence to quality and timelines
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization to enhance finance operations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
