ClickHouse

Analytics infrastructure that keeps pace with your data

We provide consulting, deployment, migration, performance tuning, and operational support for ClickHouse® software in analytical workloads. We help organizations build environments for reporting, product analytics, event analysis, and other applications that need to query large volumes of data.

A practical foundation for your team

Whether you are introducing ClickHouse or improving an existing deployment, we examine how data arrives, how it is stored, and how applications query it. Our work connects database design with the operational practices needed to maintain the platform as usage grows.

An analytics database needs a design that reflects its workload. Ingestion patterns, data retention, query concurrency, and infrastructure choices all influence performance and cost.

We help your data and infrastructure teams make these decisions together, with a practical plan for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and recovery.

What we do

Our ClickHouse Services

01 / 10

Architecture and Capacity Planning

Establish a ClickHouse design around your query patterns, data volumes, and growth expectations. We review compute, storage, and network requirements and help your team decide how to organize the environment before committing to an implementation.

  • Workload and concurrency assessment
  • Storage and retention estimates
  • Replication and sharding design
  • Infrastructure sizing recommendations

02 / 10

Deployment and Production Readiness

Prepare a database environment that can be operated after the initial installation. We configure ClickHouse, validate application connections, and document the settings and dependencies your administrators will need when managing production workloads.

  • Installation and configuration
  • Environment and access setup
  • Connection and ingestion testing
  • Production readiness review

03 / 10

Table Design and Data Modeling

Shape tables around the questions your applications need to answer. We review data types, ordering keys, partitioning, and table engines, then test design choices against representative ingestion and query activity.

  • MergeTree table design
  • Ordering and partitioning review
  • Data type and compression assessment
  • Retention and TTL configuration

04 / 10

Ingestion and Pipeline Integration

Bring data into ClickHouse through a pipeline your team can monitor and maintain. We help connect selected sources, plan loading patterns, and investigate data quality or delivery issues across the ingestion path.

  • Batch and streaming ingestion
  • Kafka pipeline integration
  • Data validation and reconciliation
  • Retry and duplicate handling review

05 / 10

Query Performance and Resource Tuning

Investigate slow analytical queries using execution evidence and workload measurements. We assess query structure, data layout, resource settings, and concurrency so that improvements address the actual source of latency or resource pressure.

  • Query profiling and analysis
  • Materialized view assessment
  • Memory and concurrency tuning
  • Before-and-after workload validation

06 / 10

Replication, Backup, and Recovery

Prepare for node failures and data recovery with procedures suited to the deployment. We distinguish replication from backup, review dependencies such as ClickHouse Keeper where used, and test agreed restoration and failure scenarios.

  • Replica and Keeper configuration review
  • Backup and retention planning
  • Restore validation
  • Failure and recovery runbooks

07 / 10

Monitoring, Security, and Administration

Give administrators visibility into database health and a clear routine for recurring work. We configure monitoring and review access, storage growth, background activity, and operational settings that influence day-to-day service quality.

  • Query and resource monitoring
  • Role and permission configuration
  • Storage and merge activity review
  • Operational health reporting

08 / 10

Migration, Upgrades, and Maintenance

Move analytical workloads or update the platform through a controlled change process. We assess schema and application compatibility, rehearse data movement or upgrades, and prepare validation and rollback arrangements appropriate to the proposed change.

  • Source and compatibility assessment
  • Data migration and verification
  • Upgrade rehearsal and execution
  • Post-change performance review

09 / 10

Technical Support

Get help with ingestion failures, slow queries, replica health, memory pressure, and unexpected storage growth. We examine the available evidence, coordinate investigation across the relevant components, and help your team identify corrective actions.

Support arrangements define the covered environment, service hours, communication channels, priorities, and escalation process. This gives your team a clear route for requesting assistance and following an issue through investigation, validation, and closure.

  • Incident investigation and troubleshooting
  • Configuration and integration assistance
  • Root-cause analysis within the agreed scope
  • Resolution guidance and incident documentation

Training and Knowledge Transfer

Build practical understanding of table design, query investigation, ingestion monitoring, backup restoration, and routine maintenance. We tailor sessions to the environment and the responsibilities of the people developing, administering, and supporting it.

Workshops can use your configuration, representative examples, and agreed operating scenarios. Documentation and runbook walkthroughs help your team apply the knowledge after the engagement.

  • Role-focused technical workshops
  • Configuration and workflow walkthroughs
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance guidance
  • Documentation and operational handover

A practical approach to ClickHouse

We test recommendations against realistic data volumes and query patterns. Changes to table layout or ingestion are assessed for their effect on both read performance and operational effort, with a record of the assumptions and results.

We agree the work and acceptance checks with your team, validate changes in a suitable environment, and document the outcome. Clear handover makes the configuration, operating procedures, and next actions easier to maintain after delivery.

Supported Versions and Support Hours

Supported versions

Versions below were confirmed against upstream release information on 15 October 2026. We reconfirm them at the start of each engagement.

  • ClickHouse 26.3 LTS. Upstream supports each LTS release for about one year; we plan the move to the next LTS with you.

Support hours

Standard support is delivered in business hours, Monday to Saturday, India Standard Time. Coverage hours, response targets and escalation steps for each severity are defined in the service agreement. Upstream response times are outside our control.
