Junior Designer

Must-Have Skills

    • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, brand design, or integrated marketing design.
    • Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
    • Strong understanding of layout hierarchy, typography, spacing, color balance, and storytelling through visuals.
    • Ability to design professional presentation decks that feel premium and persuasive.
    • Experience in digital-first campaign design and social media formats.
    • Strong sense of clean UI aesthetics and modern visual trends.
    • Good understanding of print production requirements.
    • Ability to work fast without compromising design quality.

Good-to-Have

  • Motion graphics basics (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in government, public communication, education, or large-scale citizen-facing campaigns.
  • Exposure to branding for regional audiences and multilingual creatives.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and mobile-first design thinking.
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign creatives, presentation work, branding, and digital communication assets.
Opportunity Identification

  • Design campaign creatives, social media posts, digital ads, landing page visuals, brochures, standees, emailers, and event branding assets.
  • Create high-quality corporate presentations and pitch decks for senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and institutional/government audiences.
  • Develop brand-consistent visual systems that can scale across multiple campaigns and audiences.
  • Convert briefs into clear, persuasive, and audience-first visual communication.
  • Support UI and product teams with basic app/web interface layouts, banners, visual assets, and design clean-up.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and project teams to understand campaign goals and timelines.
  • Adapt designs for regional and multilingual communication needs, ensuring readability and cultural relevance.
  • Ensure outputs are optimised for performance, fast turnaround, and production readiness.
  • Maintain organised source files, templates, and reusable design libraries.
