Amnex Solution
Amnex developed the ChiMMS (Khanij Online) platform, an integrated web-based Mines & Minerals Management System. The system automated the generation of e-Permits and e-Transit Passes, enabling real-time tracking of mineral movements and ensuring compliance. It integrated 45 checkposts and weighbridges across the state for enhanced monitoring. The solution also included an online revenue collection system, providing secure digital transactions for royalty assessments. Digital approvals and e-signatures replaced paperwork, reducing delays, while advanced data analytics strengthened regulatory enforcement. Capacity building and stakeholder training were integral to successful implementation.
